across from a school next to several loud barking dogs not very responsive management

Updated apts with structural issues and horrible mgmt

Pros

Updated appliances and apts, they look great until you live in them for a while. ac/heat units in each room

Cons

Leaks, frozen water pipes, disgusting neighbors in the building. Management doesn't care what you do or what you need unless you withhold money from them.
