Terrible landlord, nice building

Pros:
Gorgeous brownstone with lots of space
Cons:
Terrible landlord, entered unit without asking, asked tenants to pay for repairs, kept security deposit
Advice to owner:
Stop charging your tenants for necessary repairs

Bad broker, cute building

Pros:
Building is gorgeous but
Cons:
they use Corcoran Group (specifically Wassim) who are basically scammers at this point, look them up on yelp. Tried to raise rent 15 days before renewal when legally 60 days are required.
Advice to owner:
Go with a different broker
