management is very responsive, but there are some issue with the building

Pros:
Management responds in a day to serious issues — when our hot water heater went out they replaced it in a day. When my neighbor's AC stopped working they bought them 2 standing units to keep them cool until it could be fixed
Cons:
There have been roaches in the building, but management always sends someone to take care of it as soon as you make a report
Advice to owner:
better preventative roach measures
