I like it here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Usually quiet in the back. No real bug issues. Management quick to respond.
Cons:
A storefront nearby hosts really loud parties in the summer. Building has plumbing issues. Package theft.
Advice to owner:
Better/Updated building security.
