    Clean but revolving door

    Pros:
    Clean, safe, responsive
    Cons:
    Super weird revolving door of neighbors. Would have preferred to get to know/get used to the cast of characters, but no one seemed to stay here beyond a year and most tenants had very loud/noticeable “quirks.”
