    Lovely Neighbors Terrible Managment

    Pros:
    The building has some really amazing people and is on a very lovely block
    Cons:
    Management was awful. Our A/C leaked for a month before they fixed it and caused black mold to grow in the closet. It eventually spread to other parts of the apartment and made two of my roommates sick.
