OLD INFESTED BUILDING

Pros:
Cheap and convenient transportation
Cons:
Rats, mice and roaches all through every apartment. They chew through the walls and literally uncontrollable. Building and apartments are very old and outdated. Loose flooring and just overall horrible.
Advice to owner:
Remodel the whole building and contract an exterminator.
