fine starter apartment

Pros:
yearly rent increase was beyond reasonable ($50 total a year).fantastic rooftop! Management was always there the day of, if not a day later, to fix any small thing we needed (replace a doorknob, replace a ceiling lightbulb, etc). Allowed to paint our rooms as long as it was a light shade. “Gym” in basement is a nice touch, bike storage. consistent spraying for bugs; never saw a roach or rodent.
Cons:
a bit pricey for the size of the units, washing machines leaked, driers never worked properly (but were still cheaper than the laundromat), outlet placement through all rooms was not functional, very small kitchen

Good location, laundry in the building
Cons:
Walls are pretty thin (though this is typical for most of nyc), packages are very easily stolen
Advice to owner:
Better control of who goes in and out of the building, cameras in the entrance of the building
