Good, new , no pests

New, never seen a roach.
Cons:
Cold, noise and facing north.(front)

Pros:
Clean, fairly quiet, great neighborhood. Never any issues with pests. You control your heat and A/C (electric).
Cons:
Sometimes maintainance takes a bit to respond/react. Have had a couple ceiling leaks, sometimes these were not addressed in a very timely manner. New-ish, remodel but not the best work. Wood floors are warped. Units are a bit small.
