Not a great Covid landlord

Cons

Non responsive management, called many times regarding a safety issue with the front door that was never properly addressed. Inexperienced landlady made everything worse.

Advice to the owners

Retaining quality tenants should be a priority. Raising rent the same month Covid hit was a bad move, being less than empathetic about the state of things in the months that followed was very telling. We continued to pay the full rent despite both losing our jobs and the landlady was totally unwilling to work with us.
