Good location. Vintage details.
Landlord who insists on DIYing everything himself and does a shitty job. Literal holes in the ceiling. No care for the building whatsoever so it’s always disgusting. No buzzers. No pest control.
Clean and care for the building ir sell it to someone who gives a shit and stop taking the cheapest possible route for every fix and issue
