    Old building, alright
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet, great super, big apartment for price, good neighbors
    Cons:
    No fire escape, landlords don't send lease unless prompted, had roach infestation once from another apartment, some shoddy work, had black mold issue in bathroom
