    Pros:
    you get ur own laundry and dishwasher, and two bathrooms
    Cons:
    maintenance request take forever to get fixed, buzzer is suuuper loud when someone rings the doorbell, difficult to get in touch with property owner
    Advice to owner:
    respond to emails sooner
