I lived here for 5 years and it was the best rental experience I've ever had. Gary and Colleen kept the house super clean, no pests whatsoever. They constantly do little updates to the house that made it more beautiful. The apartment is great with good heat every winter and great water pressure.
Absolutely nothing at all.
