VERY Particular Landlord
Pros
The apartments are nice and the landlord is clean and responsive.
Cons
The landlord lives on the first floor and is particular about pretty much everything. How you throw away your trash, how you walk on the stairs, how many keys you are allowed to have. Of course, he is particular about noise as a lot of us are as apartment dwellers, but he is particular about noise down to how you walk of the floor. It felt like I had another boss and that I was living in his home, not my own.
