Rat infested hazard

great neighbors, great area, apartment had potential
Cons
every time you come home, you’ll be greeted by a bouquet of aromas (rat piss, rat feces, pieces of rotting food and bones that rats have dragged to your door from the uncovered trash bins). cellar door is rusted through and will almost give way every time you step on it to throw away your garbage/recycling. rats in the basement, flesh flies in the walls, basement floods so frequently that the boilers have to get replaced multiple times a year. property manager is a lying, useless turd.
