Good apartment but gets hot in the summer
Pros
The area is great, has a pizza store across the street, bars and restaurants. It is a 7 minute walk from the A and is close to the Bainbridge / Malcolm X and Halsey / Malcolm X B46 stops.
Cons
There is only one washer and dryer. There are 8 units in the building and multiple tenants use the washer and dryer and you will tend to wait for someone to finish their load. We had instances of pests because the building next door is abandoned. The apartment gets really hot in the summer and there is no central A/C. Recommend getting a window unit
