Lovely unit, rude management
Pros
Great natural light and amenities (when they're functioning)
Cons
Management is very rude and difficult to communicate with. Our washer has been broken for two months and we haven't seen any improvements. One of the bedrooms has also had continuous bug problems. And there was a mouse and roach problem when we moved in but we handle that (without too much help from mgmt) and have maintained a clean space since. On top of it all, rent has increased $1200 in 2 years—ridiculous.
Advice to the owners
Be better at your job, be respectful to tenants
