    Hate to love it
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Clean, well lit hallways. Amazing apartment amenities with full sized appliances.
    Cons:
    Mice and cockroach problem. Frequent break ins by package thieves. 5 people have been shot directly in front of the apartment building since living here for a few years.

    Cons:
    People break into the building all the time and the landlord doesn’t care at all.
