Pros:
Close to the train, a handful of great restaurants nearby, diverse and vibrant neighborhood on a good day
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, Package stealing, Smoking on the hallways, no security, and folks don't pick up after their dogs, garbage always a mess, and slow response to issues with maintenance and pest control.
Advice to owner:
Security necessary, more staff for cleaning, and responsiveness must be improved
