Fair landlord, but know your rights
Pros
Landlord has generally been reasonable and quick to respond to maintenance requests. We have central air conditioning, which is appreciated.
Cons
Cleaning outside the front of the building & in the lobby could be better addressed. The lease notates inflated (&illegal) late fees. Be aware of your rights as a renter in NYC, and you will be fine.

Laundry is coin operated and accessible through a dark walkway outside of the building We were on the top floor and ceiling fell down in pieces in some places due to water damage Cabinet finish is cheap and peeled off within months of moving in Took 3 requests to get management to send pest control when we had mice
