Wheelchair elevator inaccessible; key to turn on/off does not work; accessibility elevator malfunctioned very soon after being installed
Packages consistently stolen
Parking lot is small, not taken care of in any way and only available to about 5 cars in a 7-story, 40+ family apartment building
