Cool place, horrible management

Close to transportation, clean building, big windows
Cons:
Noisy area (under LIRR), management isn’t great or responsive

Bittersweet but not for me

Pros:
The building is close by multiple train lines and if you are from this city the accessibility to supermarkets, stores and transportation is great. small building with not many neighbors
Cons:
The building management is greedy and no responsive. They don't handle manner in a timely fashion unless it concerns money. They seem to keep leasing out to younger age occupants which results in issues with noise and upkeep later down the line. They allowed us into the unit and the house needed repairs. A lot of homeless people hang around the front of the building endangering the tenants.

Putting band-aid on problems
No consideration for roommate selection
Advice to owner:
Please let the tenants have more options when selecting their roommates. Also fix problems better so you don't have to keep going to fix things.
