Rude Landlord and Minimum Effort
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, no Pets, undated
Cons:
Multiple break ins with no effort to stop by landlord. Broken front door not repaired for 6+months. Low response for maintenance. Rude contact for maintenance. We didn’t have heat for 2+ years on and off and they refused to help during non business hours regardless of low indoor apt temperature. Unusually high electric bill ($700+) and again no help.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive, polite to tenants, and keep building safe.

Constantly being broken into, maintenance is never working. Heat hasn’t worked probably in 3 years
