I love the location, very close to JMZ and G lines. High ceilings. Awesome AC and Heat. Large balcony.
Noisy neighbors, mud room isn’t locked, garbage can get out of hand, close to major hospital and fire department. Small kitchen. Small living/dining area. Dangerous stairs inside apartment from 5th floor to 6th floor. No elevator, technically 6 floors.
