It was okay...
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a great area when it comes to transportation. It's near the J/M/G trains. The apartment has a spacious living area.
Cons:
The rooms are a bit small, there are some ants, and management is unresponsive at times. Laundry in the basement is a joke; drying your clothes sucks.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive. The stairway also needs some work.

Great 2br experience with some caveats
Former Tenant
Pros:
My roommate and I had our own balconies (we lived in apartment #5) and it’s central air for our unit. Decent location depending on who you are, can feel a little dirty and loud but we were ok. My girlfriend at the time didn’t feel the safest in the neighborhood but the building is fine. Had a few boxes stolen but I think it’s partly due to covid.

There’s a very small rooftop accessible by all tenants. If you live on the fifth floor though, you will be able to hear whenever someone goes up there.
Cons:
Laundry unit in building is available but it doesn’t work well. There’s not a lot of priority in getting maintenance done, but it will get done. Also when we moved in, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned or repainted. Really didn’t like that. It’s a 5-story walk up and so our legs got toned.
Advice to owner:
Do maintenance on the property before a new tenant moves in
