    Could be better, could be worse

    Location
    Affordable
    Liveable
    Cons:
    Owner isn’t the best with responding
    Apartment looks to be cheaply constructed
    Strong cold drafts in bedrooms
    Asked owner if the apartment would be ready by move in, on move in day workers were actively fixing the apartment
    Apartment leaks by window in bedroom in heavy rain
    Advice to owner:
    Get better with responding to people, and invest more in quality apartments

    Location, decent size
    Cons:
    Slumlord managers never gave us our deposit barely responded to our emails we’re lucky we never had any major problems bc they would not have gotten solved.
