    Rat infested basement and they never fixed it

    Pros:
    Location, the neighborhood is amazing and all yhr neighbors.
    Cons:
    The actual building STINKS of rat smells like wet horse stall.
    Advice to owner:
    Get it together and create a livable space for your tenants. You literally only have to pay someone to do it.
