David is a terrible landlord

David stores his over sized belongings in our unit, The heat does not work, throughout the winter the apartment was around 58 degrees. The WiFi is terrible and now that I am moving out he has changed the network name and password without communicating it to me. I have been paying $75 a month for utilities that do not work. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN. I would classify him as a sociopath and straight up a**hole
