Great for folks new to New York.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very cheap for what it was. Right next to the train, anything you could need was nearby. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Brooklyn at its finest.
Cons:
Mice and rats to high heaven. Back yard is infested. 2 doors down is rat breeding ground. Landlord sends the laziest pest control guy. Only seals holes, never lays out traps. Water quality was horrible. Skin conditions within weeks of moving in. Really shady about signing leases.
