Pros:
Decently sized apartment, big kitchen and good enough appliances. Nice charm and character
Cons:
Landlord never responded or fixed anything. Terrible cockroach infestation. Windows terribly needed replacement. All radiators needed adjusting and were incredibly loud, building always smelled like cigarettes and smoke.
Advice to owner:
Do better
