Bad Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood was nice.
Cons:
The management company, YHT, is very unresponsive, unless it’s by way of incessant “rent-is-due” reminders. Oftentimes, when forced to fix an issue in the apartment, their contractors would grab trash from the street to put in our home.

Is it worth it?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Temperature controlled and indoors
Cons:
Rain comes into skylights, large inconsiderate landlord corporation, cutting corners during a pandemic and massive rent hikes wherever they can.
Advice to owner:
Make it accessible for people to have housing long term
