    Pros:
    Most of the neighbors are very nice and helpful people.
    Cons:
    Lots of cockroaches and the landlord/management company is not very helpful and takes a long time for assistance and maintenance.

    This has been my best experience renting in ny meanwhile, I've been living in several buildings in the past 5 years, and I would've loved to stay!
    My reason for moving bec am splitting with my roommate and am now looking for a one bedroom! I wish they had one for me!
    Cons:
    no complaints really!
    Advice to owner:
    Thanks for the past 2 years! You've been great!
