Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants have mixed feelings about 699 Willoughby Avenue. Some appreciate the friendly neighbors and satisfactory cleanliness, while others are frustrated with unresponsive management, pest issues, and noise disturbances. Rent-stabilized units are a plus for some, but maintenance delays and poor communication are major drawbacks. Residents highlight the strong water pressure and heating. Those who had a positive experience commend the attentive owner. Improvement areas include better pest control, urgent maintenance responses, and noise regulation. Overall, the building appeals to those seeking rent-stabilized apartments with potential for enhanced management and living conditions.
