Quiet neighborhood, close to subway and supermarket
Cons
Old building the owner never takes care of it, lacks of pest control, appliances never work and don’t get fixed. It gets flooded. Rent is month to month, no security for tenants, landlord lies to kick out tenants so she can raise rent. Usually shows up without previous notification. Shows inappropriate behavior.
