Decent for the price

Pros

- Responsive Super/Landlord, had mice/roach issues once but exterminator was sent immediately and no problems since - Good Location - Pretty chill hands off landlord - Pet friendly

Cons

- No secure mail room, only USPS has access to - Common hallways often dirty/has no light - Intercom was never fixed - always had to walk down to let guests in - One of the 2 bathrooms doesn't have a sink making it kinda useless (but has a jacuzzi?) - Year to year rent increase is crazy don't expect to resign - Can't control the heat in the winter but gas bill is paid by us and goes up

The fixtures are all kind of crappy. Living room got zero light.Great backyard, but insane mosquitos.
