Worst Lease of my Life
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bedrooms were spacious and location near the G
Cons:
Biggest con for this apartment is the landlord. They live in the building and have serious boundary issues. Don’t live here unless you are comfortable giving up your security deposit, no matter how clean you leave the unit. My roommate and I were constantly harassed in person and over text about numerous issues. Landlord also came out of their unit to question our quests before we came down to let them in. Overall, spent the year feeling extremely uncomfortable in my own home and would not recommend this building to anyone. Seems like the landlord is distrustful of tenants and refuses to give them the benefit of the doubt in any situation. Unless you want to feel like you’re living in someone else’s house, don’t rent here. General unit cons: No laundry in unit or building, no dishwasher in unit, no A/C for the kitchen and living room, building stairwell was slanted/uneven and in disrepair for the entire lease, entire building was creaky.
