Decent place, bad management

Pros

The apartment is spacious, close to the train and grocery store and park.

Cons

We have had horrible roach issues, and now a mouse. The drains also constantly get backed up. And management is TERRIBLE. It took them 8 months to fix the sink in our bathroom, for that entire time we didn’t get hot water from it.
