    Pros:
    Backyard
    Great neighbors
    Close to G train
    Cons:
    Management is unresponsive and invasive.
    Didn’t have heat for 4 months.
    Backyard has a lot of bugs and needs a ton of maintenance.
    Switch super three times.
    Units above are shady.
