    It's alright

    Pros:
    Location location location.
    Cons:
    Trash constantly piled up, but that's more of a "city under covid" kinda thing. We had a mice problem that never really got better despite us keeping the place really clean. Had a dispute with the landlord and they ended up taking the entirety of our sec. deposit.
    Advice to owner:
    Have more of a presence in your own building.
