    it's rent stabilized and management is relatively responsive
    Cons:
    they want to extract as much money as possible, the only thing protecting you is being rent stabilized

    washer and dryer in unit
    room controlled air and heat
    evenly split kitchen with two sinks
    close to train
    close to grocery store
    Cons:
    mold and water damage on ceiling
    a lot of stairs
    had roaches
    toilet gets weird and doesn’t flush sometimes
    Advice to owner:
    more empathy when tenants have complaints
