The landlord is very responsive about getting things fixed and otherwise mostly hands off. Location is great.
It looks so poorly maintained in common areas. Quality of the apartment is very much based on tenants. The entry ways desperately need some love. Mail system is hard to deal with
Please redo the entryway and steps. It would greatly improve the quality of the space.
