Nice appliances. Great bathroom. Washer/dryer in basement.
Walls are paper thin. Not well constructed. Super throws loud parties in the courtyard on a weekly basis with no regard for rest of the tenants. Landlord is unresponsive. There is high turnover for a reason.
Find a new super.
