    Pros:
    Outdoor patio space, proximity to B38 bus
    Cons:
    HVAC burst beneath bedroom floor and it took several visits for management to fix. Repair was very amateur. Concerned that there was mold after
    Advice to owner:
    Increase staff availability and responsiveness, do more than the bare minimums on repairs

    Really solid spot in Bed-Stuy.

    Pros:
    Building is clean, landlord is responsive, and building is only 2 units.
    Cons:
    The super was hard to get ahold of sometimes, but management was responsive.
