Ok introduction to bedstuy

Pros:
Great neighborhood, good light and layout, equal size rooms, laundry in basement
Cons:
Poor appliances, frequent leaks and water stoppages, clearly does not receive maintenance/cleaning between tenants

Pretty ok for Brooklyn

Pros:
Building mgmt is very responsive and will correct their own mistakes when pointed out. Neighbors were nice. They are on top of any pest issues, decent price for the room sizes.
Cons:
This isn't so much a con but just something to be aware of, they are very Jewish and take off all Jewish holidays so sometimes paperwork needs to be completed very early.
