Awful, mice, and poor management

Pros:
Spacious apartment, lots of windows and exposed brick walls
Cons:
Rodents, roaches, garbage, loud neighbors, zero repairs, management doesn’t respond to anything. Disgusting hallways and stairs. You pay rent through venmo.
Advice to owner:
Care more about your property and tenants.

Nice location, close to subway and restaurants
Cons:
Landlords that never repair the apartment, very bad communication with landlords, loud music from the neighbors
Advice to owner:
Answer e-mails more frequently, repair appartment

Pretty ok for Brooklyn

Pros:
Building mgmt is very responsive and will correct their own mistakes when pointed out. Neighbors were nice. They are on top of any pest issues, decent price for the room sizes.
Cons:
This isn't so much a con but just something to be aware of, they are very Jewish and take off all Jewish holidays so sometimes paperwork needs to be completed very early.

Pros:
Competitive rent for a room
Cons:
Super takes forever to fix things. Average electrical and gas bills are high. Landlord shows up unannounced and he is hard to contact. Washer and dryer in basement are paid under tenants ConEd meter
Advice to owner:
Show some sense of accountability
