A lot of water bugs and roaches in the bedrooms/kitchen. There were drafts coming in through some of the windows that need replacing and they were just bubble wrapped or taped up rather than being replaced.
Advice to owner:
Fix up the apartment.

Absolutely horrible building/apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway. That's about all was nice about it.
Cons:
The building is old. I was always finding roaches and bugs in the kitchen/my room. Some windows are boarded/taped up a little when k moved because otherwise a draft would come in. Took a good 5-10 minutes to get hot water coming out in the showers.
Landlord wouldn't eturn my deposit saying I didn't give enough notice/didn't pay last month's rent (I still have the confirmation email). So if you move in DO NOT expect to get your deposit back.
The website you pay rent through seems like it was unprofessional and written in html (paymyrent.com) if anyone wants to check it out.
THIS APARTMENT IS NOT WORTH IT FOR BEING RIGHT NEXT TO THE SUBWAY. If I could go back in time I would not have rented this apartment.
Advice to owner:
Fix up the fucking apartment and give your tenants their deposits back.
