4 unit building, but top floor is illegal attic apartment

Pros

spacious rooms for floor 1/2/3, proper bathroom and walk in closet in bedrooms on those apartments. relatively quiet street.

Cons

fourth floor is an attic apartment that you can barely stand up in and they charge $1,800 a month. roof leaked. windows are so small so barely any natural light. outdated fridges and a/c units.

Advice to the owners

faster response to conplaints like leaks. stop trying to rent a trash space for so much money.
