    Terrible, negligent building management

    Pros:
    Private balconies, right across the street from the G train and close to many coffee shops
    Cons:
    Building management is absolutely awful -- only live here if you want to wait 4+ months for a simple repair, if you happen to get lucky. Otherwise, you'll enjoy getting your plumber/HVAC/electrician knowledge up to date because you'll probably be doing everything yourself.
    Advice to owner:
    Maintain the building? Or at least respond to your residents and tell them to go f*** themselves?

    Pros:
    Good location and balconies
    Cons:
    Building management and super are extremely negligent and things are not maintained or fixed in a timely manner at all. I've been flat-out ignored many times after submitting maintenance requests.

    Most recently, there's been an issue with doors not locking, which is a huge safety issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Maintain the building and respond to my texts/emails/requests online
