Pros:
Nice view on deck, decently sized rooms, washer/dryer in the apartment, central ac, good neighbors in the building.
Cons:
They take wayyyyy too long to return your security deposit. Central ac doesn’t reach all rooms. Circulation not great through the apartment (fire alarms goes off constantly when you try to cook). The maintenance team is pretty bad about showing up when they say they will.
Advice to owner:
Get security deposits back to people in a timely manner and have the maintenance team actually come when they say and fix what they have to right away. Our fridge was broken for like a year and a half. They only got us a new fridge when it finally started flooding the apartment downstairs.
