Good building for the price. Great neighborhood. Incredibly close to the train.

Pros:
Neighbors are typically nice. Many people have lived here for a long time
Cons:
Trash outside isn't well kept. Entry to building not well kept. Mail stolen often

Cameras needed for package stealing

Awful management company - do not rent from Malik Management

The location is excellent.
Cons:
Awful, awful management! We had leaks constantly. Construction would take place just outside of our window with no notice given. When we moved out, we had to send them extra mail to “officially leave the unit” - I don’t think this was legal but I just wanted these people to leave me alone so I acquiesced. The pipes were also terribly loud and we couldn’t control the heat.
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap! Stop being cruel to your tenants!
