Constant Leaks and mold forced us out, landlord stole our deposit.

Big space and high ceilings, typical to brownstone building typology.
Cons:
Constant leaks damaged our property. Mold and unhealthy conditions - I developed asthma there. Owner used improper materials and methods for upkeep of the property. Toxic fumes from paints and floor varnishes. Constant yelling matches from downstairs.
Advice to owner:
Return renter's deposit.
